is it ok?

    im using tune up utilities 2009 and all of uniblue package.
    from time to time,i will run this sofware.
    after running it,there will be some stuff like registry and others thing that need to be deleted or corrected.
    is it safe to do that?

    Reg/File cleaners

    There are any number of good reg/file cleaners that will either create a restore point or backup file before they clean in case you inadvertently delete a necessary/shared file.

    yes before you run this utility , you have to create the restore point and takes the registry back.
    You do not worry about , this utility delete only unwanted registry items only.
