Is it possible to disable Windows Defender? Also, Driver Hider from MS does not work

I want my PC optimized, so I disable unnecessary features and services. However, I cannot disable Windows Defender, which gets turned on by itself, even if you disable it via Settings. I even disabled Security Center service, but that did not help. Widows Firewall is the only security feature I want/need (and it doesn't even require Security Center service to run!).

The 2nd issue is that Microsoft's official tool (.diagcab file) is not working properly. I have NVidia drivers ready to install, even though I used that tool to hide NVidia drivers and prevent them from being downloaded. Is there a stronger fix for this?

I found a script file that supposedly works better, but I am not sure if I want to execute it... Here's the script:

Defender Control v.1.0 works for me for to disable Defender! Download from Application forum and test!

No need for scripts/tools..
gpedit.msc
Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Turn off Windows Defender
