Is it possible to remove content from the right click menu's, as I have a huge list of available options, I would love to remove some of these options.

This is just a repeat of the above but, they are correct. Right click stuff is called context menu and there are tons of editors out there, some are better than others. I think I have found the easiest one to use. It comes with a package install that allows tons of useful tweaks in Windows 7. Made by Yamicsoft called
Windows 7 manager. It is well worth the money but, is also on P2P to try.
The context editor is called Windows Context menu manager. FYI there is a free tool called this but, I like the Yamicsoft one as it is easier to user and more well thought out.
