Is Media Creation Tool and Windows Update downloads same esd file?

    Media Creation Tool downloads this (ms-vnext.net/Win10esds/urls/) esd files. (I tracked network.) I was planning to copy B***.tmp file (which downdloaded via Windows Update) but this file deleted. Is these files same?

    should be the same esd. The media creation tool downloads the esd and converts it to install media.
