Is phone activation still working?

    Hello.
    Now I'm running Windows 8 activated via phone and some key from internet.
    I want to install Windows 8.1 on second PC.

    I want to:
    -Download official x64 iso file for Windows 8.1 (Still looking for link).
    -Apply some key from internet
    -Activate via phone (UK).

    Is this going to work now? It worked some time ago. Don't know if something changed.


    P.S.
    Do you have any Windows 8.1 keys?
