I'm wondering if there is a loader for windows xp. Like in windows 7 and vista you can install the OS without any product key and when you get inside windows you can use a loader to install a SLP key and it should activate instantly if you have the correct SLIC. I'm doing computer repairs and this seems like the easiest way to do legit OS reinstalls without burning multiple OS cds.

XP doesnt use a slic...No loader is necessary.

You have OEM SLP string in bios, use the oembios changer in the stickies under the tattoo disc link.

so if i understand correctly. I would just install Windows SP3 retail without a cd key and then use the oembios changer to change it to the correct SLP key and it should work correctly?

Download the correct OEMBIOS files, put them in the tool, and run it.

You must have an SLP string in the bios, either by mod or from factory.
