Is there a Settings (Immersive Control Panel - Metro) alternative?

If I am to truly disable all Metro-related, then the Settings also has to go, but by uninstalling it, it only let's you use the classic Control Panel. However, Control Panel does not have all the features and options like Settings - Game Mode for example and even Personalization is gone.

I tried GodMode, but it did not list the same items as it did when I had the Immersive Control Panel installed.

If not, then is there an alternative for it? Classic Calculator, MSConfig, Task Manager, and others are out there, so I hope someone can make a replacement for Settings...

The Settings is appropriate for Windows 10. Control Panel is not.

If you truly disable all Metro related taskbar will become unusable (these will stop working: jumplists, New menu, all default systray icons, clock, show desktop button...)

Solution if you don't like metro: Windows 7

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

...Or just find (or write) replacement for every thing that stops working...:)

Windows 8.1 settings could go. Sadly not in 10. I read somewhere they are trying to get rid of control panel completely.
