One thing you need to remember about Windows 10. Windows is not the same as in the past ( Win 7, Win 8.1) it is now "Windows as a Service" meaning in 2025 it will still be called Windows 10 But it won't be the same as we have today. It will continue to evolve with Updates.

I believe he is referring to how the military would have it lock down but that is combination of software and HW level security.
Could you do a tutorial on how to make windows more secure as you describe? I would be very grateful and I think many more users would also be grateful. Thank you.
the only thing that comes close to this is what atm's and banks and other POS terminals use as windows embedded which was suppose to be a stable locked down version with updates probably sent like firmware updates so not sure if there is a new windows 10 embedded as I don't follow those hardware embedded OS's; compared to linux kernel windows hasn't gotten to that ability to reconfigure yet
