Is there a way for me to tell what exact ISO of xp I have installed?

I've got an intel machine with a win xp pro sp3 x86 from maherz, and I need to migrate that system with everything except the drivers to a AMD machine. I have to use xp cause the pci and pci-e devices don't have working drivers for win7 or anything newer.
Ideally I wanted to start the windows installation and go to repair, remove the driver leftovers etc. But I'm not exactly sure what exact iso it is. It isn't January 2015.
Or is there a way to create a rescue media/installation iso out of the xp that is already installed
