    1- SkyDrive
2- Photos metro app, I can uninstall all metro apps except Photos, very strange I was able to uninstall it simply by right clicking on it and selecting uninstall in Windows 8 but not in 8.1 anymore. The videos and music apps can be uninstalled fine

you CANNOT remove photos or skydrive in 8.1 no matter what method you use or the operating system will break! it is so closely integrated and each depends on the other, even if you manage to remove it from the iso, you'll have a F#$ked up os :|

I vote you use DISM to open the WIM then remove the photo's or apps you want by deleting them from the image.

That would be a good way ot make this happen before Windows even installs. Don't forget to do the registry stuff to remove it as well for the clean up stage while doing this inside of the OS.
