Is there a way to list all my apps in Windows Firewall?

    Did you click 'change settings' first?

    You might like TinyWall, a GUI/tray front end for the Windows firewall.

    Offcourse I did but the apps list is always empty, same way with Windows 8. On Windows 7, that window I showed you above is populated with all the apps installed on the computer.

    tinywall looks nice but I would like to make the Firewall like it was in Windows 7.

    Your screenshot looks a bit weird.
    It was always like that or the apps list became empty recently?
