Is there a way to prevent "Turn on Windows Security Center" message?

    I use Windows Firewall, but I disable Security Center service because I do not use/need it. The problem is that when I do that, I occasionally get a message in lower-right corner about "Turning on Security Center". There is no option to stop that message in Control Panel > Security and Maintenance settings...

    Any ideas? Its annoying as hell.

    You can try in Local Group Policy Editor.
