I finally found out a way to access the Test Mode in Windows 8.1 Pro Update 1 to get unsigned drivers to work, but the side-effect is there is a watermark, which can be removed if you disable the Test Mode. I want the Test Mode to stay enabled, but the watermark gone!

    Here's How:

    Open an elevated command prompt.

In the elevated command prompt, copy and paste the command below and press Enter.

    bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF

You might re-read the OP's statement one more time? ;)

Actually this works without turning off test mode. So I'm at a loss. Actually it seems that only x86 will load unsigned drivers.
