Is there ADK ARM Addons for Windows 8.1 with Update?

    The ADK for Windows 8.1 with Update is available for download on the MS Download Center but it only includes tools for x86 and amd64. WZT has released ADK ARM Addons for Windows 8.1 (adkarmsetup.exe with a bunch installer files). I am wondering if anyone has the newer version for Windows 8.1 with Update?

    Doesn't work, all I get is access denied, invalid password and username error.:confused: MS must have removed it!

    I do not have adkarmsetup.exe for Windows 8.1 with Update. But I checked the older version for Windows 8.1, there is not such an entry named as <DownloadRoot> in adkarmsetup.exe.

    Sadly, this means the ARM ADK isn't downloadable
