    Hello! I want a driver that support opengl2+ bcz i can t run games with my graphic card.

    No such thing, newer graphics specs require hardware features of newer cards.
    Buy a graphics card or update your pc/laptop.

    Where does this random "modded" driver mention anything related to OpenGL 2.0 that @Un_known_xyz asked for?

    that modded driver adds support for opengl 2.1, it's not hard to search for it on the internet :kicking:
