Is there any way to install .NET 3.5 on a stripped down Windows version?

I use tiny10 on my 64gb laptop and everything works great except .net 3.5 required programs.
Is there any way to install it ? I've read a comment saying the 8.1 offline installer works but I get "This package is for Windows 8.1 only" the Windows 10 version obviously errors out as they're many Windows components missing.

Who knows to what level it's crippled.

Yeah true I think NTDEV has documentation somewhere but everything works surprisingly and it only uses 5gb I think for the windows install after disabling hibernation and page file

You seem like a fella who'd be crazy in love with MicroXP. It takes 221MB of HDD space and supports .NET 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5.
