Is there anyway to activate Office 2013 on Windows 8.1 Pro?

    Is there anyway to activate Office 2013 on Windows 8.1 Pro? (other then having a valid key)

    As I understand it, Windows 8.1 uses a different version of KMS so the current crop of activators won't work

    Just make some calls, then you can activate it.

    First find and install the newest KEYs according to the version you installed: VOL OR RETAIL...(A LOT YOU CAN FIND VIA GOOGLE)

    Then open word, choose to activate via phone, choose region: UK\US.....

    Then open skype, make free 800-xxxxx call, follow the guide and enter the numbers

    When all done, and if the key still valid, write down the numbers given back.

    At last, enter the numbers and Your office is activated!!

    SInce the MAK servers arent up I am unable to activate till the 18th of Oct :\ For those waiting till the Official release of 8.1 Would someone be interested in trading their regular Pro license for the MAK key? I will throw in 10$ free
    I'm just really down that I have to wait to activate

    KMS still worked for office2013 with the win8.1 CP, so it is only with 8.1 RTM that KMS is changed. Is this right?

    weird is that when i activate office with virusdefender key windows 8.1 pro become deactivated
    i activate again 8.1 pro-- and office 2013 show unlicensed , maybe activation system have some errors

    Guys, you still having problems activating by phone? Right at the start there's the option to select home or business and she won't recognize the option entered (calling UK toll free)

    Will it work if the "source" is Windows 8 with WMC but the "target" Windows 8.1 without WMC? Or does it mess up my Windows activation when I swap the files?

    Bump this up For any help i can get is trying to find help installing office 2013 on windows 8.1 Core OEM:DM installed without messing up my activation
