    Is it Server 2012??

Well, Standard and Datacenter share most of the features & Datacenter is superior. So no need to "downgrade" from a technical perspective.

AFAIK, there is a trick to force downgrade but I don't recommend this specially for a fully configured server.

You can use CODY's toolkit or Daz's loader (if you use it in home).
