Hello guys, Is there Enterprise version of Win11? Seems that will not have 32bit versions of Win11, is that right? Thanks in advance
Not officially, you can create the sku yourself by using uup dump. 32bit is not expected, but all can change. Edit, confused with 21996.1 leaked ISO, so scratched some txt
So far the only available Enterprise version is a Pro version that can be retroactively altered to use a Windows 10 Enterprise key. To me they are just a bit off. The cbs packages are just a bit off. The registry is just a bit off. Group policy settings are just a bit off. It's not quite the same as an original Enterprise sku. Still, it's not far off either. If you aren't as fine tuned on operating systems like some people are, you probably wouldn't even notice.
If MS makes a build specifically for Enterprise it will be different than a pro version that is key-modded. I get what you are saying with the contents being roughly the same, but that's not exactly what I mean. They have different cbs packages, registry settings, group policy settings. It's really hard to quantify. They don't behave exactly the same. If you can feel slight differences you will notice them. I wish that someone had done a proper breakdown of the cbs differences and the registry and file differences because there are many.
Clean Installed Windows 10 Enterprise 21H1... Entered Dev channel, got Windows 11 Enterprise 21H2 as expected, fully activated..
MSFT is likely developing Windows 11 for home\consumers first (as nobody will be seeing Windows 11 hit their office PCs until late 2022\2023).
True, but so far the UX seems designed for consumers (especially with touch screens)...as the right-click context menu keyboard shortcuts are missing.
