is Windows Media Center v12 installable on Windows 10 1903

    i'm using Windows 10 Pro for Workstations x64
    i want to install WMC but i get this error and after i reboot nothing changed

    I don't think WMC can be added to any version other than pro/home.

    Use case??? What does it offer that kody does not, also tv recording is obsolete, streaming is questionably working from online, Also can 8.8 version be installed on win 10 enterprise??
