Is XP Starter (SP2) possible to install without the key?

I keep on getting stuck at the Product Key stage of setup. I've tried changing the iso to VLK and retail by editing setupp.ini and still get stuck there. I can't seem to find an OEMBIOS for this. Is there any way to get past this stage of setup? (To clarify: It says the key is not valid if I don't type one in.) Correct me if I'm wrong or just plain stupid. I'm installing in VirtualBox.

That's what you'd think would happen. But in SP2 and not the modded SP3 iso which he links to, this happens: imgur.com/a/vnkHL

Note: This always happens in SP2 install media. Only SP3 can bypass this screen.
