    If you have the correct program you can make a Iso file that can restore Windows right?

    Do you want to reinstall Windows from an iso or create an iso of a drive backup?

    Windows 7 System Image feature can be used to restore Windows assuming you have made a system image. There are other non Microsoft products that will do the same, i.e. Acronis True Image Home and similar products. Some are shareware.
