    Edit: Q296128 was mentioned elsewhere, thought it was in a unofficial SP, was mentioned because it COULD NOT be found. Sorry, thought it was mentioned because it was included.

    I looked at all my unofficial Win9x packs that I gathered through the years and my X800XL AGP (~2002) card's driver CD and my GeForce 3 Ti driver CD (~2001) and I found nothing.
    I guess here being Euroland and this Q296128 being Asia specific fix might have something to do about it.

    Here's some footnotes about MSHBIOS. MSHBIOS(MicroSoft Hangeul(Korean Alphabet) BIOS) is additional memory-resident program for displaying Korean in DOS Text Mode. All Korean Win9x load this on startup, even on setup. This is why Korean users looking for Q296128.

    I checked my win98 and win98se and base2.cab is not present, ~4, 5 and 6 but not lower, on Me there is a base2.cab (only this one) and it does not contain *296128 or mshbios* files.
