Just got my first offer to install Windows 11 on WU.

    This was on my 11th gen NUC. On my 9th gen NUC I am not getting this offer yet.

    Does anyone know if this is random or determined by your hardware?

    I never got any update or upgrade offer ;) :D
    Because All Windows Update Services & its dependencies are removed by myself :D

    INPLACE then again run custom script Every Second Wednesday of Month . Never Apply Preview Updates cuz they are always the cause of hell.

    But now i am on fixed Dec 2021 Updated Win 10 LTSB 2016 . Wont apply any update to it till something more is needed ;)

    Man this got OT fast. I was just pointing out that Windows 11 through WU has started and asked if its random or triggered by specific hardware.

    I am not personally using Windows 11 on any production systems, only a single test system and all of my builds are highly customized. All of this is OT of course, not every thread needs to be about how Windows 11 and/or pre-installed crap sucks.

    two computers upgraded first was the AMD second was the intel the third won't get upgraded the CPU doesnt qualify its an intel! to slow its an older all in one . all the software and hardware seem to work ok . its like starting out with windows 10 again , adjust the start screen do a few registry tweeks no major bugs so far only time will tell .
