JW Player and Windows 10

    I just purchased an HP laptop/tablet that comes with Windows 10 Home. No matter what browser I use (Edge, Chrome, FF), videos embedded with JW Player will not play. I can watch videos on Youtube, ESPN, and various other sites, just not with JW Player.

    If I watch the same video on my Surface and desktop, they work just fine.

    I made sure the HP laptop/tablet has all updated drivers and libraries. I have disabled hardware acceleration. What is it about JW Player that isn't working on my new system.

    In what way does not play? Perhaps a few examples that can be checked.

    The error message is "Error loading media: File could not be played"

    The embedded video window just has an exclamation mark with the above message.
