    Hi all!

Since few minutes, Windows update want to download and install the KB3200970 on Win10x64. But this KB has been successfully installed last Month.

I have decided to start my Server 2016 VM, after few minutes Windows Updates ask to install this update too in Server 2016, so I have checked again and this update was installed in November on my virtual server.

Have you this behaviour too with this update?

I can see on the MS website:
    ID d'article : 3200970 - Dernière mise à jour : 11/28/2016 15:43:00 - Révision : 5.0

That means, the update has been revised and pushed again by MS to be installed? even if it's has been successfully installed?

Wouldn't that answer your question? I mean, if you had an older revision installed it would make sense to have to install an updated version??

Yes and no,it's the first time I see that! Wouldn't it be another KB?

If I take a look on the KB révision in synchronized WSUS, it shows rev 204 on 08 Nov 2016, no more revision!

KB number doesn't have to change, the MRT tool is pushed every month under the same KB890830 number for many years now.

Often KBs are revised and pushed again under the same number. WU will then only download and apply a small part of the original one.
