KB4048955 & KB4048951, which one goes first when updating the install.wim?

    KB4048955 is the newest cumulative update and KB4048951 the newest flash player update. This might be a stupid question but which one has to be integrated first, the CU? Or it doesn't matter which one goes first?

    EDIT: I'm trying to update the newest windows 10 (1709).
