Cannot be uninstalled. What to do with it? Looks to be part of sp1? social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7repair/thread/b5d1ff69-5d44-48bb-be9c-1859f82192ad [/url] KB976902 – Update for Microsoft Windows Black hole update as no information is posted on the internet by Microsoft at this time. This may be the update that fixed your problem.
i have hidden this till i know for certain it aint no trick to find out if ya win 7 is legit or not... ( ps i am a daz loader fan... an yes this is my first post )
I would be very interested in any developments regarding this as well and hid it too. I hope it doesn't contain any further WGA magic that keeps me from using Daz' loader... ;-)
Just did update on Win 7 Ultimate 64bit with DAZ loader installed KB976902 and 3 other updates...rebooted and did genuine check passed no problem..hope this helps
Anyone got a standalone install package for this (prefer 64 bit). Cant seem to find it anywhere. I always like to keep a stand alone package of all my updates for future use. edit, That is for the KB976902 only
I had no problems staying activated and going on and validating after that update. It could be a ticking--trojan I suppose.
Ermmm... I think this info is a overhang from an April Fools joke this year.... Do a seach on the article in google using the following: Tech ARP - ED#118 : Spyware In Microsoft Windows 7 You will see the date the article was posted was 1 April 2010..... Having said that, i would not put anyting past Microsoft to start putting in control grid software if they havent done so already under the banner of preventing terrorism...
Ah gotcha, I didnt see a date on the one I found, I just googled the KB and drifted my way to that somehow. Anythings possible. They use to have intel screen hardware backdoors on CPU wafer that went to russia.
