Hello, I have an x1 Carbon from lenovo 92015) that I may give to someone. Issue is they would want the keyboard backlight to always be on(need it for medical reasons). On this specific model you have to press Fn + Space twice for the keyboard backlight to be at the brightest. I was wondering if there is a software I can use to make the pc press those combinations at startup or login.
I was looking into that but it seems the fn key function is "hardware controlled" based on some research and will not do it easily.
I have a Lenovo x1 Carbon, what a great laptop I love it, Upgraded to 10 it works even better with 10. By the way as you have got the same model laptop, is there a chance that you can upload the original recovery discs to uptobox or mega please, if so PM me the links, thanks!
