Keyvboard provblemn, typimng mnultiple letters imn place of omne as you camn see

    mneed somne help please. this is a mnew keyvboard. Gemnius SlimnStar 110. Domn't kmnow what causes the provblemn, amny help would vbe greatly appreciated!

    Go to control panel and try to change settings.

    So return it to your retailer before the store return period expires. No brainer.

    in the meantime use OSK = On Screen Keyboard.

    hold WIndows logo key (next to CTRL) and R
    run box opened. now type OSK
    click ok.

    seem your keyboard has a short or got wet.

    it was a hardware issue, not a software one, so I changed the keyboard at the retail store :) thanks for replies!
