KMS auto (the one which which is carried out in command prompt), kms pico, mtk, Which one requires re-activation after 180 days? Which one is more better, reliable, safer and does not get blocked by antivirus?

Another vote for KMS_VL_ALL. As Enthusiast stated, two of the three projects you mentioned are abandoned and haven't been updated in years. I don't know anything at all about KMS Auto and I don't need to as KMS_VL_ALL exists and is trusted and maintained by people that are trusted and beloved by this very community.
yes sir i got it, checked that thread, in that there are 2 versions, traditonal & aio, which one is more reliable? also, are the both versions updated together?
The thread i linked at has just one version KMS_VL_ALL the other version is only mentioned once it's not even mentioned. If you mean the AIO and traditional, the comparison is in the post, AIO is easiest to use.
I personally use the non-AIO version, but the AIO version is indeed probably easier to use. They both do what they are intended to do and they both do them well.
Afaik I would definitely remove all the old stuff before using KMS_VL_ALL. I - personally - would do a fresh install.
