I wonder if it is possible to make a kms host on a computer without vmware or virtualbox because I have a computer with 1 ghz 2 gig ram 50 go hdd and would use as host kms tx
With QEMU the KMS server still runs on an emulated machine, and not on host OS. Considering resource usage and performance it doesn't even come close to a KMS actually running on the host OS.
I believe the basic version of VMWare ESXi / vsphere is still free for personal use. You could install that instead of an OS and then use the WES-KMS-Host files to setup a virtual machine on the ESXi / vsphere host.
