Since the installation of Windows 8, all of the built in Metro apps are set to my local language but I don't want that - I want them to be in English. The names of the apps arealso changed, so is some of the content of the app. I tried setting all options to English in the control panel (language and region setings). Is it possible the reset built in Metro apps to English?
you can try this way: Add english input method to your system and then move it up to set it as your preferred input method, restart the system and verify it again. It works for me.
