Hi, Following the structure of the English pack that was made for the 7106 chinese build of W7, I successfully installed the 7077 french lang pack into build 7100. But that stays an unofficial way and may lead to unpredictable effects. ++
Hi you have used just the same |lp| of the 7077 for the 7100 , and you say that has succeeded.I ask it you |perche| with |lp| in Italian are not succeeded
I had to gather many files from my 7077 fr installation, in particular all the "fr-FR" dirs from the "Program Files", "Program Files (x86) and "Windows". Then, install 7100 build in english, then inject all "fr-FR" dirs in the new installation and tweak the registry. But it gaves a non 100% translated system, for exemple the Windows Update module, the logon and logoff screens and boot screen are still in english. And the help system (F1) doesn't work anymore. Well, we'd better wait for the "true" RC releases from Microsoft, some few days to wait ! ++
Please tell us how did you make it and i be very gratefull!!! Yes, I know in little time will be released translated versions of the RC but if I can make it on my own i better, no matter if it's unofficial but is made by Me...
