Used it without battery, only cable attached to test it ? Latest BIOS installed ? What does Reliability Monitor say ? Logfiles ? Is it really the exact model ? "VivoBook_ASUSLaptop X513EAN_K513EA" ? Becasue there is UHD or Iris Xᵉ Graphics and even nvidia MX330 possible.
Battery cant be removed unless i take apart the laptop itself...where would i find reability part...Iris X is the graphics card has 16Gb Ram 512SSD..Bios is latest version..Thats the model number that shows up in About in settings
make sure your not having video driver conflict .....try removing the driver and re-install it again.
First check the temperatures of both the CPU and VGA Second try the notebook with the default generic driver instead of the proper OEM driver, and see if the problem persists third if you have the ram divided in two sodims remove one and test, then swap the modules and test again (RAM and temperatures are the two usual suspects) fourth check PC using a parallel W10 installation on a native vhd, and /or using a bootable Linux. When you have done at least some of the above tests, you'll have a clear[er] scenario about what's going on.
