    Are you planning to use the iso for an upgrade scenario? If not, no need for the DU for sources, afaik.

    I heard that these updates resolve some installation errors on clean installs, too.
    Usually improving installation experience.

    Afaik, a bare, stripped iso installs fine from boot, with only install.wim, boot.wim, setup.exe and probably lang.ini and an ei.cfg inside the sources folder.
