Absolutely not. The final version will almost certainly identify itself as such in the build string (Windows 8.0 has this build string: 9200.16384.WIN8_RTM.120725-1247). It's also expected that Microsoft will artificially bump the build number to a nice round number when it goes RTM, probably 9600.
