    So, what exactly is this leak, is it a RARed .wim or a full iso, or just plain s**t like 9477?
    Can you change the display language to english in PC settings?

    Use Microsoft Toolkit. This program supports Windows 8.1.

    Microsoft Toolkit does not yet support Windows 8.1 RTM.

    :confused: Check yourself, open MSToolkit, and check tab Product keys, and check products and it says Windows 8.1 in products (and versions too).
