As described in the title, I am stuck by Intergrating .NET Framework 4.8.0 on Windows 8.0 Client and Windows Embedded 8 Industry.

Nothing has done successfully with my old methods.

    Questions:
    1. IS there a way to bypass CAB's parent package amd integrity check?
    2. Is there any CSA (Microsoft custom updates) updates related to kb4019990 and DOTNET framework 4.8?

I found one post refering to Install IE11 and NDP480 for Windows 8.
One method: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/install-ie11-on-windows-8-rtm.81045/ , It's not applicable for NDP480 Install, it works for IE11.
Another Method: Using ESU key, while Windows Update will deliver another package of IE11 and NDP480.
    New question is:
    3. Is there a method to trick component based servicing service to skip applicability check so as to Install NDP480 for Windows 8 Offline?

    Not just update.mum
you need to modify some or all sub package_for_*.mum files (except the ones for WinPE-NetFx-Package)

yes, updates need the trick too
