Just got a refurbished LENOVO M71E SFF installed a 120gb SSD and Windows 10 LTSC So here's my issues: Bootup on cold boot is slow for some reason it takes at least 2 minutes on the Windows logo. Then it won't shut down after hitting Shut down at the start button I've tried everything including Disabling Fast Boot and Hibernation Another solution I've found is getting upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 in order to keep a certain boot file but I don't think LTSC support upgrades
You can't upgrade OFFICIALLY, but you can easily fool the installer changing the values (under your current win7) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion EditionID to EnterpriseS and ProductName to Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB or Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB or Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019
Are you sure the ISO is in the same language of the installed system? Did you reboot after editing the registry? In the worst case you can always use a two step approach, upgrade win 7 to win 10 pro or enterprise, then upgrade to LTSC (using the same trick) or upgrade to LTSB2015 or LTSB2016 (using the same trick) then upgrade to LTSC2021 (no trick needed)
