    I want LTSB 1607 to have LTSC Enterprise 1809 Dark Explorer and I also want to have that snappy phone feature added to *whichever version came out immediately after 1607* . That feature prevented the looong delays the occur in version 1607 and previous when creating and/or renaming folders on Android phones via PC.

    Have you tried OldNewExplorer with a dark theme from Deviant Art? And I've never used the phone app because I'm allergic to UWP apps.
