I have a lg vx 5500 flip phone. I want to get the pics off of it. I tried bitpim, but when I start the software, i get this message "msvcp71.dll is missing". I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It gave me the same message. Is there any other way I can get them off the phone and on to the computer without getting the service turned on? I use windows 7 ultimate spl 64 bit
