LIP for a Windows 8.1?

    Hi!

    I need it. I looked everywhere and i found it on Dreamspark.

    I do not have access to it.

    Anyone has a Polish LIP for a Win 8.1?

    There is no LIP for it!

    try to rename .cab file to .mlc
