List of good bad W7 updates?

    Cant find it at the moment. Was hoping someone could direct me to a list of the good and the evil :)

    Also would this w10 help me out?

    lastly i eneded up doing a clean install and did simplix but i think auto update was on. I am wondering if I should just do another fresh install. Would that be simpler to get everything clean?

    cant ind it now but i had a update that messes with your motherboard that i was reading about 10 min ago. Whn I find it i guess i will show you.

    Now that would be very helpful , a thread with a list of good/bad updates , then go to a folder and delete the ones on the bad list, that would be too easy.

    I believe some updates contain good & bad code in same individual update number so updates have to be dissected and parts of it deleted or disabled , leaving the good intact.
