I've been trying to find what is my motherboard, it's a MSI MS-7267, i've already searched on their website, but the only thing i discovered is that i think it's a 945GCM5, i don't know which one of those, because there are a lot of versions, or maybe i'm wrong and it's a 945 Neo5-F. Could you please help me? I can provide you any information about my motherboard to help you.
Well posting again for a update. I've discovered that my BIOS is AMI, but when i tried to search for the ID, it didn't exist, it's: 63-0100-009999-00101111-091707-Lakeport$1AAAA000_A7267ICU V16.3B1 091707 I'm almost sure that it's OEM, but how can i know it?
I looked at the page you posted, and i didn't find it for sure, because there are 2 motherboards with the BIOS version almost the same as mine. My BIOS' version is V16.3B1, and i found a motherboard with BIOS B1, and another with BIOS 16.3.
You could compare the files with winhex or other..or just try to flash it...It is strange that there is no reference to the board on the board, in the boot message or bios menus... It is doubtful to me that an OEM would leave the MSI logo.....
A backup of your bios with a upgrade bios for the same version... Again I ask..why do you need the download from MSI..Make a backup of your bios on the machine and modify that one...
What i want is to modify my BIOS to active Windows 7. I already tried the loader from Daz, but it doesn't recognize my BIOS, it shows that is unsupported. It shows the name of the company that made my pre-made computer. I want to install Windows 7 with biosmod, but i can't because i don't know what is my motherboard, and i can't activate it with the loader, because it doesn't recognize my BIOS.
Oh i talked with the company, and they said there isn't any update for my BIOS. And i asked about my motherboard, but they don't wanna tell me.
