localhost loopback failure

    Thank you for taking a look at my post.
    My XP is pro sp2. I am using XAMPP and when I entered IP addresses 127.0.0.2 through 127.255.255.254, I cannot access localhost. I checked hosts file, and installing new XAMPP gives the same error. Also I cannot telnet IP addresses 127.0.0.2 through 127.255.255.254 at port 80. The error occurs both in Netscape Navigator 9.0.0.6 and Internet Explorer 6.

    surprise!

    Hey listen. For a few days, browsers have been displaying asian characters although I unchecked installation for those fonts. So I tried installed once and then uninstalled, the browsers stopped displaying them!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!:cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool::cool:
