The lock screen is just an extra layer of unnecessary crap.

Update your Windows to latest version, then run the patch, build 14393.0 is ancient history.

My apologies - it does work with 14393.447. I was mistaken which build I had. Thanks for the fix.

Hi, I just got updated to 14393.479 today. I've been using your program for a couple weeks and really appreciate the effort. After today's update the lockscreen is back and the dll md5 isn't recognized.

Think you can give it a look when you have a chance?

    Thank you.

    I agree, thanks for this!

This is the same as "PRESS START" in consoles, and creeping it's way into the PC and invading, evasive manouvers!

I was a big nintendo guy, I have nothing against "press start" and the pre-menu screens there, heck one of the best music scores is in the start screen of Metroid Prime, just don't bring it to PC it has no place here.

The patch stoped to work with version 14393.479 and has an unknown md5 message :c

Another user of this awesome tweak to remove the perpetually annoying lock screen which has just reinserted itself back into existence after 1607 updated to 14393.479

Please, dobbelina, can you make it go away again?

    Very thanks :tasty:

Same issue here. The size of logoncontroller.dll is stricly the same as before.
After rebooting, the lockscreen disappeared. It seems that the lockscreen is displayed only for the first boot every day.
