    Hi all,
with Vista, when the installation completes & the msoobe.exe runs the first time u boot into Vista, u can press "SHIFT + F10" & a cmd prompt with Administrator's credentials open. Then I used to put this command "Net user Administrator pwd /ACTIVE:YES" which w'd enable the Administrator account & assign it a password. Then from the same cmd prompt I'd run taskmgr & kill MSOOBE.exe, & the system w'd login with Administrator.

But the same I wanted to do with windows 7 build 7000 but it says USER NOT FOUND.. However, once u complete the first login procedure, u issue the same net user ... cmd & it is accepted & lets u login with Administrator on next reboot.

Can someone explain why such a behavior with Win7. is there an Alternate way of doing it on win7 ?
