Looking for a file in Windows 7

    Hi All,

    I'm looking for a file as I right-click on computer => Properties.

    (this file shows Windows Edition , System, Windows activation...)

    Sorry I can not post this pic because I'm new in this forum ..less than 20 posts

    I tried to look for in C:\Windows\System32 .... but I can't find it

    Does anybody know where's the Directory and Name of this ? Please let me know.

    I'm not sure if this will help but there are two files in the \SYSTEM32 folder that may help you pending on your needs...
    msinfo32.exe ​is the first and can be executed anytime
    the other Systeminfo.exe ​runs in command promt interface

    Then I guess it would be a .cpl applet since it is the control panel, im not sure on the file name in this case. sorry

    Sorry for not replying, My question is exact like the screenshot that calpo post above.

    or you can

    Run command prompt as administrator and type control system then you can get that pic.

    Text under "Windows Edition" - "C:\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\en-US\basebrd.dll.mui"
    ORB - "C:\Windows\Branding\ShellBrd\shellbrd.dll", BITMAP 1050 or (depends of DPI settings) 2050, 3050
