Looking for informations about OEMBIOS found inside POSReady2009

    While I was inspecting POSReady2009 for some information I stumbled upon OEMBIOS files that caught my eye.
    Not only I was surprised to find them on this edition but the signature of oembios.cat appears to be invalid.
    What am I missing here?
    Which is the Marker string of this version of OEMBIOS.DAT?
    Source is an untouched iso (0E9E37F9268BBB7181E0A1AE561C178382CC3014) and it's easy verificable by extracting setup.wim without installation.

    The same files can be found inside Windows Fundamentals for Legacy PCs as well.
